Lake Macquarie Oztag State Cup Dolphins Teams

Representative Coaches Managers

• All coaches and managers must comply with Working with Children requirements
• All coaches and managers will receive a representative shirt and 1 childs rego.
• All players coaches and managers must adhere to Australian Oztag Sport Association Player Eligibility Policy and codes of conduct.
• Coaches must be available to train teams for a minimum of 2 hours per week.

Trials

• All teams will be selected from the players who attend the trial.
• Players unable to attend the trial must submit in email as to why they cannot attend before the cut off date
• players who are unable to attend because they become ill the morning of the trial must contact lake macquarie oztag Facebook page and submit doctors certificate

State Cup Training

• All players must be available to attend all training sessions.
• Failure to attend training will affect game time at the tournament.
• For every training that is missed the player will sit off a full half of one game at the state cup.
• If more than 2 training sessions are missed the player can be removed/replaced
• If not replaced no refund will be given.

Costs

• Registration fees and uniform cost my vary.
• If uniforms have been ordered and for any reason should the player be unable/ unavailable to play they are responsible for the cost of the uniform.
• If a player cannot be replaced by another player the rego cost is not refundable.
